DISPERSA Dispersible Paper is a unique material which disperses rapidly in water along with any imprinted or handwritten graphics. It is dispersible in water in seconds or minutes (depending on conditions).

ENDURA Inkjet Durable Paper is an inkjet printable label media offering chemical resistance, outstanding durability, and superior conformability. It is certified for BS 5609 Section 2 and 3.

ENDURA Laser Durable Paper is a laser printable label media offering chemical resistance, outstanding durability and superior conformability. It is certified for BS 5609 Section 2 and 3.

PREVAIL Fiber Reinforced Paper combines the printability of traditional saturated tag stocks with outstanding durability and strength – it is perforable, sew-able, and resists tearing.

MEDIDURA Medical Packaging delivers breathable barrier properties, excellent conformability, and printability for sterile packages of medical devices. Compliant with EN868 standards and regulatory requirements, packages made with these grades are appropriate for single-use devices.

RECYCOTAPE Packaging Tape products are innovative, sustainable tape backings used to produce recyclable pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) tapes for carton sealing applications. They are uniquely made from FSC® controlled, sustainably sourced fibers that can be re-pulped during the recycling process.

“Indafor is extending our rich history of sustainable products, partnerships, and certifications into our performance labels portfolio. While product functionality remains key, customers increasingly factor environmental impact into their decision criteria. The USDA Certified Biobased Product label on these products highlights the renewable nature of the raw materials as a critical advantage of our label portfolio including DISPERSA, ENDURA, PREVAIL, MEDIDURA, and tape products, including RECYCOTAPE, beyond their industry-leading functionality,” says Katelyn Marianetti, Product Manager for Indafor Performance Labels and Medical Packaging.

Third-party verification for a product’s biobased content is administered through the USDA BioPreferred Program, an initiative created by the 2002 Farm Bill (and recently reauthorized by the 2018 Farm Bill). One of the BioPreferred Program goals is to increase the development, purchase, and use of biobased products.

The USDA Certified Biobased Product label displays a product’s biobased content, which is the portion of a product that comes from a renewable source, such as plant, animal, marine, or forestry feedstocks. Utilizing renewable, biobased materials displaces the need for non-renewable petroleum-based chemicals and reduces greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions that exacerbate global climate change.

“Achieving this USDA third-party verification for our products is part of a long-term environmental strategy of making eco-investments over time to enrich our overall offering for our customers,” says Chris Boothby, Product Manager for Indafor Pressure Sensitive Tapes.
