We designed Medidura™ products with safety in mind. In the 1980s, our Munising Mill developed a clean room reinforced paper product that met clean room standards for tear resistance. In the 1990s, these grades were modified for medical packaging applications and mechanical resistance by impregnating the cellulose fibers with polymer reinforcement to prevent the release of particulates upon opening the sterile package.
